Picking the right size is crucial to your post staying adhered to the laser cuts - if you buy a 15mm dot and only use a 4mm post there is a good chance (like 98%) it will break off in your customers ears. You need to make sure your glue pad size has a good surface area coverage relative to the size of the laser cut - you will be exerting a good deal of force when you pop on or take off a pair of earrings, so you need the right size to handle the surface tension :)
4mm - standard size needed for most of our mini shapes - Fits shapes 6mm to 8mm
8mm - can be used on cuts most cuts 7mm to 10mm
10mm - can be used on cuts 10mm to 20mm
