Summer Hours – January & February 2026

During January and February 2026, I’ll be operating on reduced laser cutting hours. All orders will be cut on weekends only and shipped the following Monday.

✨ Important ordering details:

  • Orders must be received by midnight Thursday to be included in that weekend’s cutting schedule.

  • Larger orders should be placed earlier, as this helps ensure they can be completed and shipped the following Monday.

What this means for you:
Orders placed during the week will be processed starting Saturday, so please allow up to one week from order placement to shipment.

Turnaround & Shipping 📦

✅ Before You Checkout

You’ll be asked to agree to our Turnaround & Shipping policy and confirm you understand our materials' pros and cons. Take a moment to read—this info is super handy!

🔄 Turnaround vs. Shipping Time

  • Turnaround Time: The time it takes to prepare order and laser-cut your shapes before shipping.
    • Turnaround generally starts the next business day after your order.
    • Excludes Fridays, weekends, and public holidays (no production on these days).
    • Standard turnaround: 1-4 business days.
      Peak turnaround 5-10  business days
  • Shipping Time: The time your package spends with Australia Post. Delivery depends on their timeframes. Shipping time starts from the moment your parcel is lodged at the post office.

⏱ Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 12 PM begin processing next business day at 12 PM.
  • Processing = Generating reports for graphics setup and materials prep.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM Friday to Sunday start processing Monday 12 PM.
  • Mistakes? Happy to Fix them ASAP—orders are locked in once layering has started!

💡 Why Turnaround Takes Time

  • We offer small minimums (yay!) across 6000 shapes and 230+ materials—with 95% of your designs  being cut to order.
  • File setup takes up to 2 days, depending on  the ordered volume.
  • Cutting is quick,  engraving takes longer and packing each piece adds handling time - every single part is handpicked and counted.

📋 Order Handling Details – Here’s the Scoop!

  • Orders are cut strictly in the order received—things can get interesting with complexity and quantity changing daily! 🔄
  • Cutting Schedule: Mon-Thurs (sometimes I sneak in a Friday, but I do take a break to tidy up the studio too 😉).
  • Peak Times:
    • Pre/Post-annual holidays – it gets wild!
    • Sep-Dec (Southern Hemisphere) & Mar-Sep (Northern Hemisphere).
    • During peak, turnaround can be up to 10 business days.

✏️ Adding to Orders – Here’s How It Works!

  • Within 24 hours: Just place a new order on the site, and any extra shipping charges? We’ll refund them! 💸
  • After 24 hours: New order = new turnaround time! But don’t worry, I’m happy to combine your orders and ship them together. Just pop in that extra order ASAP, and we’ll refund any shipping overages. 🚚✨

  • Tracking Options: Choose at checkout—standard (2-6 weeks) or express (5-7 days). ✈️
  • True Value Only: All orders are marked as "Craft Supplies" with their actual value—no exceptions. 📦
  • No Gifts or Fudging Values: Sorry, no marking orders as gifts or undervaluing them to dodge taxes. Taxes are part of running a business, and I’m committed to keeping it honest—every sale has a digital footprint. 💻✨
