Middle Rectangle  - 20mm x 10mm

Bottom Part  -  Tall Arch 45mm x 17mm  Long Tear 45mm x 15mm

JUMP RING SIZE:  My personal preference is 10mm on linking parts over 15mm  as it allows for more movement and takes into consideration multiple ear lobe sizes - 8mm are perfectly fine  - just 10mm is MY fave - that's all : )
