I will be implementing a new ordering structure at Crafty Cuts starting 12pm Thursday 7th Feb when I reopen for orders for 2019.

The Crafty Cuts website will only be open for placing orders every Thursday 12pm until Monday 11.59am. Australian Eastern Standard Time. Worldies you will need to make sure you are familiar with Aussie Time.

The rest of the week you are unable to view the site or be able to add to cart or build a cart until 12pm every Thursday and you must make sure you checkout before 11.59am on the Monday.

Why Thursday to Monday? these days hands down are our busiest ordering days. So it looks like these new changes will have the least impact on how everyone orders 🎉

All orders will begin the *7 to 10 Business Day Turnaround starting each Monday (when laser cutting resumes each week). Remembering that with all orders, the variety and complexity changes greatly from order to order. You could be done in one day or by the time I work through orders in date received, you could be 6 days into the turnaround. I do work as fast a humanely possible on all your orders.

All your parts are manufactured to order. So things do take time, but Crafty Cuts Laser is a full time manufacturer. Laser cutting daily from 7am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

Breaking down the admin side to structured ordering days will allow for the laser to be in uninterrupted operation for longer each day. Starting every Monday fresh as a daisy 🌼 and ready for a full week of lasering!

Admin, Lasering and the Creative side require 3 Different hats - plus add in all the other hats a small biz owner also still needs to wear! 🤹♂️ Phew! So if I can make this one small change that would be terrific.
