Make sure your browsers are upto when shopping on Crafty Cuts Website - Pretty Please x

Crafty Cuts requires an up-to-date web browser to make sure that you can use all of our features.

We currently support:


We do not recommend using Internet Explorer at this time. We've found it has inconsistencies with running HTML5 and certain JavaScript behaviors used by our host.


One thing to note - after every system upgrade you do  -  even more so when you update your phone and use your home WIFI - is switch off your internet router for a few mins then restart - this clears out any cobwebs with your settings.

Also how long you had that router for???? You may also need to update your router firmware??? Computer times - a - change quicker that you know and of course your service providers aren't going to tell you its time to update your firmware...

Christmas Cutting Schedule

The silly season is upon us a crafty cuts...

Here is a breakdown of how things are looking at the moment - so if you take a peek below this may help you when it comes to the best time for you to be placing your orders.

Orders placed Thursday to Sunday 11.59am - are cut and processed over
Monday, Tuesday Wednesday

Orders placed after 12pm Sunday to Wed - are cut and processed over
Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Cutting, Packing and Shipping is happening everyday and I am working as fast as I can but I do need up to full 7 days at this stage.

International Customers - Your Shipping deadline where it would be the safest for you to order at the latest would be  last order in by 19th Nov for arrival early Dec - Sadly the worldwide postal service tends to crack under pressure during Dec.

Australian Customers -  I will be taking  orders up until the 19th Dec then Crafty Cuts will be offline for Christmas and for most of January  - Date for January return to be confirmed as I am moving house and studio in the New Year.

Site Issues - Nerd Alert - Get your Techy on peeps :)

For those of you having problems adding/choosing colours from the drop down menu you must ensure that you have enabled JavaScript in your browser.

Nowadays almost all web pages contain JavaScript, a scripting programming language that runs on visitor's web browser. It makes web pages functional for specific purposes and if disabled for some reason, the content or the functionality of the web page can be limited or unavailable. CLICK HERE to  find instructions on how to enable (activate) JavaScript in  the five most commonly used browsers.

Hopefully this fixes your issues -  those of you sneaking in purchases at your office job on a networked computer still may have problems  - usually your systems are old and not upgraded  or your newtork admin has blocked this and  we cant do anything about it sorry - pop online when you get home and the site should work fine :)

Saving your cart contents


Hello Crafties...

Those of you having issues with you cart not saving - just a few things you need to ensure you are doing.

1.  Have you created a customer account with crafty cuts?  - click HERE to create a customer account

2. You must be LOGGED IN to your account if you want your cart to be saved - click HERE to make sure you are logged in.

3. Those of you using private browsing  - the cart function  may not work correctly - especially on an  older ipad - make sure you have turned off private browsing - How to turn off private browsing click HERE

General browsing of the site and adding to the cart without being logged in will result on your cart being lost once you leave site. So please make sure you are logged in :)
